For your convenience, you may download the admissions application below. Please return the completed and signed application to Harriet Mautner in the administrative office, along with your registration fee of $500.00 for each student. - Copy of Birth Certificate
- Health Forms
- Signed contract and payments completed
- Tauber Academy offers the SMART TUITION Automatic Monthly Payment Plan
